THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING AT WHOLE FOODS MARKET – INT’L U.N. DAY EDITION

Today’s gift from Whole Foods Market is in the spirit of the U.N.’s International Day For the Elimination of Racial Discrimination – March 21st, as a Whole Foods Market employee in Philadelphia has filed a federal lawsuit against his employer of 21 years for just that.

Racism. The Whole Foods Market gift that keeps on giving.

The long-suffering Whole Foods manager knows the inside story all too well, and so is taking his fight for equality to a federal courtroom. Having expressed his concerns to various Whole Foods management for more than a decade, the fed up employee finally filed a formal complaint with the EEOC last Spring. Recognizing that there is a company-wide pattern that demonstrates a serious systemic racial discrimination issue deeply imbedded within the Whole Foods corporate culture, the 45 year old college degree holder has brought the newly filed suit seeking unspecified damages for him and possibly for other Whole Foods team members who continue to suffer in similar circumstances at the company.

Back to back federal lawsuits for workplace bias and racial discrimination at Whole Foods Market.

Similarly, just this past January, 2019 a U.S district judge has given the green light for a racial discrimination case filed by a former New York City Whole Foods employee, in the case of Thierno Diallo vs. Whole Foods. Diallo’s complaint highlights discriminatory and hostile treatment regularly experienced by him over the course of 3 years, only to be exacerbated by his call to a corporate whistleblower hotline reporting these conditions. He was shortly thereafter terminated for making prayer while on the clock with Whole Foods citing the reason for his termination as theft of time. However, in Diallo’s complaint he cites instances of other, more privileged team members similarly overstaying breaks but rather receiving promotions in spite of this. To read the U.S. District Court’s opinion and order on this matter, please view HERE. We wish both men all the luck in their fight for equality and fair treatment, and we 100% support their cause.

Happy International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination!!

NEW YORK ARTIST BRINGS $10 MILLION LAWSUIT AGAINST WHOLE FOODS – WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH EDITION

Whole Foods Market and partner in crime Elite Security take another L at the top of 2019, as the lawsuits continue to pile up.  A New York artist, activist, and performer has filed a lawsuit against Whole Foods Market and its crime fam Elite Security for damages suffered as a result of an assault that took place at the Whole Foods Bowery location in August, 2018.

As shown in the video, the undercover loss prevention goon allegedly served up her assault soufflé on the Houston Street sidewalk, while clearly agitated that the shopper caught her reprehensible actions on camera.

Since Whole Foods and Elite will likely go to great lengths to protect her identity we will just refer to her as alias “Bruce Leroy” from here on out.

This particular lawsuit is an interesting one, as it has sparked my curiosity about inconsistencies and pieces of information that don’t quite add up.  First and foremost the initial complaint names Elite Security Personnel LLC as a Delaware corporation, but I am unable to find an Elite Security Personnel LLC registered in the state of Delaware.  Yet I am able to find a company called Elite Security Personnel Inc. registered in the state of Delaware as well as an Elite Security Personnel LLC registered with the New York State Department of State as a security guard company.  However, and this is where I am all the way lost, Elite Security Personnel LLC in New York has ZERO licensed security guards on its state licensing roster.

ZERO.  LICENSED.  SECURITY.  GUARDS.

So though Elite Security Personnel LLC may be parading itself as the security company that provides security guard services for Whole Foods Market, the NYS Department of State licensing check does not indicate that that company actually has personnel who are licensed to provide security services.  It is a requirement by the NYS Department of State for a licensed provider of services to display its current roster of licensed personnel on the state’s website.

$10 MILLION MYSTERY

Even more odd, in my own research I personally went undercover as an individual pretending to be interested in a security guard job at the Union Square Whole Foods, and was shown start paperwork that had Elite Investigations clearly in the header of the document. So something is amiss with the way that Elite Investigations, Elite Security Personnel LLC, and whatever other “Elite” will pop up now as a result of a clear attempt to avoid legal liability for human rights violations and negligence.

We wish the New York woman good luck in her attempt to hold Whole Foods legally responsible for their actions in this case. Happy Women’s History Month!

WHOLE FOODS MARKET’S BINDERS FULL OF WOMEN – SPECIAL TREATMENT EDITION

In our ongoing celebration of Women’s History Month at Whole Foods Market, we pay our sincerest respect to the women employees of Whole Foods Market who are threatened, demoted, given a reduction in hours, disciplined, or fired because of a disability due to pregnancy.

In April, 2018 Whole Foods Market paid out more than $60,000 in civil penalties for the mistreatment of a New York City employee after she became pregnant.

Around the same time in Spring of 2018, another Whole Foods employee in Florida, Kissie Moore, also brought a lawsuit against Whole Foods Market for pregnancy and racial discrimination after being terminated upon returning back to work from maternity leave.

Notwithstanding Whole Foods’s pattern of special treatment towards selected individuals, we will honor women everyday here at Whole Foods Mafia during Women’s History Month.

BRINGING BLACK HISTORY MONTH TO AN END, MEDIUM.COM ASKS A VERY VALID QUESTION ABOUT THE intrinsic RACIAL BIAS OF WHOLE FOODS MARKET

As Black History Month comes to an end, digital publication Medium explores the very, very real probability that Whole Foods Market is intrinsically and systemically racist to its core. A thoughtful piece born from the personal experience of its writer Alexa Kocinski, “Does Whole Foods Have A Problem With Black People” appears to echo the complaints of many minority former Whole Foods employees: that Whole Foods Market systematically denies minority employees the same opportunities as non-minority employees.

Notwithstanding the dozens of racial, gender, and disability discrimination lawsuits in which Whole Foods Market is currently a litigant, this first hand witness account of how Whole Foods uses a discriminatory process to select and/or to hold back women and people of color in its human resources operations is extremely disturbing.

It’s with that prologue that I need to recount what I just saw at a Whole Foods…The young woman seemed pretty enthused. I should note at this point that she was black, because that matters. After the handshake and a few initial questions, the man interviewing her, who was white, told her that the only positions available were for dishwashers. My eyes flickered at this and I felt the hairs on the back of my neck raise, not unlike my reaction to certain suspenseful scenes in thrillers. Of course, this was all happening pretty fast, but something in my gut told me to stop writing and pay full attention. The girl, without missing a beat, said she was absolutely interested. I heard her say that it “would be perfect for me right now.” The man hired her on the spot and mentioned the pay. “It’s $15 an hour. That’s pretty good for a dishwasher,” he said. Which, like, ugh. But okay. Maybe he was genuinely happy for her or proud of Bezos raising the pay bar or something.

After lying to the young lady and telling her that only a dishwasher position was available at that time, the hiring manager then gladly offered his next interviewee, a white gentleman, a cashier position.

Please do take the time to read this important and insightful article in its entirety here at Medium.com, giving the full context of this disgraceful and discriminatory account of what can only be described as employment racial discrimination at Whole Foods.

ENTITLED WHOLE FOODS SECURITY GUARD PUTS SHOPPER IN SLEEPER CHOKEHOLD, NEARLY CHOKES THE LIFE OUT OF HIM

In another chapter from You Can’t Make Any Of This Up, a former Whole Foods shopper and New York resident was put into a sleeper chokehold and assaulted to unconsciousness at the Harlem Whole Foods location.

Man shopping at Whole Foods put into chokehold and strangled for shopping while Black

The surveillance video clearly shows the security guard wrap his arms firmly around the neck of the native South American gentleman who had been shopping, and strangle him until his body went completely limp, falling to the concrete floor while shocked shoppers looked on with their families.

The choke hold move is the same maneuver that a police officer used on Staten Island resident Eric Garner for appearing to sell “loosie” cigarettes, causing his swift death.

The former Whole Foods customer has now filed a lawsuit against Whole Foods and against their in-store gangsters masquerading as security, Elite Investigations, for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of distress.  Since Elite Investigations is not a corrupt organization, they have been forthcoming with the identity of the “loss prevention officer” that nearly killed the Whole Foods customer.

But wait, there’s more!  Because the kale apparently comes with a side of drama when you’re perusing fresh produce at Whole Foods and you happen to be a minority!

Whole Foods will likely deny any of this ever happened as they have mastered the art of  avoiding accountability for discrimination and bias.  Unapologetically.

HISPANIC MAN RACIALLY PROFILED BY WHOLE FOODS IN FLORIDA, LAWYERS UP

A hispanic man in Coral Gables, Florida, lawyers up after being singled out and told to leave a Whole Foods Market for shopping while brown.

The Whole Foods manager allegedly had a police officer tell the Spanish speaking man that Whole Foods is “only for customers”, meaning his patronage was not welcome there as he was instructed to swiftly exit the premises.

The man’s lawyer expresses that he was targeted, humiliated, and “because of Whole Foods’ racial profiling, [her client] was submitted to a walk of shame,” simply for shopping while brown at a retailer that is widely known for this.

WHOLE FOODS LOSS PREVENTION IMPERSONATES POLICE OFFICER, UNLAWFULLY DETAINS MAN – UNION SQUARE EDITION *UPDATED*

The Mensa geniuses that are also known as Whole Foods Thug Patrol are living up to their thuggish reputation everyday. A new lawsuit has been filed alleging that an undercover Whole Foods Mafia thug at the Union Square location in New York City impersonated a police officer “from the 6th precinct” in order to manhandle and illegally detain a law abiding citizen who had already paid for his groceries. Except in this case, that law abiding citizen happens to be a very accomplished individual who is also very successful in the arts and entertainment (thus I will not publish his name to save him the embarrassment of it all).

After accosting, detaining the victim, and disallowing him to leave on his own free will, the complaint states that the fake police officer (who couldn’t produce a badge of course) refused to show the victim any security guard ID, refused to give his name, and consequently gave the victim a false name for the Whole Foods security company (see the complaint below – the actual Whole Foods security company is Elite Investigations, LTD). As a result, the victim’s attorney filed the suit naming a fictitious company as a defendant, along with Whole Foods Market Group.

A legal representative for Whole Foods refers to the companies’ plain clothes security  as “undercover loss prevention officers.”  The upscale, fancy Whole Foods term for grocery store security guards.

AMAZON.COM DEVELOPERS TRYING TO SHUT DOWN WHOLEFOODSMAFIA.COM

Good morning fellow readers.

Dear Amazon hackers and Whole Foods Crime Family, please just stop. Stop the harassment.   If you want something that has been published on this site to come down you can drag me into New York State Supreme Court.

It would be the Man against The Machine but I would happily defend my right to expose you and your pattern of human rights offenses.

And the revolution will be televised.

Good day.

WHOLE FOODS EMPLOYEE FILES LAWSUIT FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND RETALIATION

Another day, another Whole Foods Crime Family scandal involving the discriminatory treatment of minorities.

A Whole Foods employee has filed a lawsuit against Whole Foods Market for racial discrimination, retaliation, and the violation of state and federal Civil Rights laws. In Moore v. Whole Foods, the complainant claims that workers of different races are treated differently by management. After reaching out to regional senior managers as a whistle blower about the way that the African-American employees were being harassed and targeted for disciplinary action at the Tallahassee Whole Foods store, she herself was terminated 10 days later. When she requested a copy of her personnel file after her wrongful termination there was a copy of a fraudulent disciplinary form that she had never seen before, with a forged signature that was nowhere near close to hers.

The former employee seeks unspecified monetary damages for suffering.
